Installation includes tear-out and haul-away of the old carpet and pad if you need it, fresh padding matched to the carpet and the room's use, power-stretching so the carpet stays tight for years, and clean transitions at every doorway.

Most single-room installations finish in a few hours, and whole-home jobs typically run one to two days depending on furniture moving and tear-out. The timeline is set when the order arrives, and we hold to it.
Solution-dyed polyester and nylon hold up best against sand, salt air and humidity, and looped or low-pile styles release sand more easily than deep plush. For rental properties at the shore, durable mid-grade carpet with a moisture-resistant pad usually beats premium plush on total cost.
